Each of these events is an interactive exploration focused on one topic about relationships.  It includes gentle yoga movements and breathing, powerful insights and wisdoms from the book Freedom in Relationships to help look a relationships in a different way, reflective meditations and a powerful, guided Detox Meditation.

 

No meditation experience is required and all meditations are done in a variety of comfortable and simple seated or laying positions.  In fact, it is a great introduction for beginners to the transformational power of topic-specific meditations.
